When you’re dealing with matters of employment, you’ll typically find people in one of two separate camps on the matter. You will find that they either a) believe that it’s all a matter of your education; or b) that it’s a matter of your experience and who you know.

In truth, the answer is a little bit of both. It’s entirely possible to find work for yourself if you know the boss or if you know the job. If you’re a good salesman and you tire of one retail position, it’s relatively easy to find another one.

Traditional Trade School vs. E-Learning

With traditional trade school, you have to go to school when they tell you to. You have to shift your schedule around their expectations, and that’s not always an easy thing to do. Working all day and then doing classes on into the evening, when you’re tired out and ready to quit for the day is not easy. And that’s assuming you have a day job.
